Confidentiality
The confidentiality of the client's translations, content and documentation
The documentation and content received, and their translations, are the property of the client and are confidential.
To ensure the confidentiality of your documents, I take the following measures:
I sign confidentiality agreements whenever the client requires them.
I use the information received from the client, on paper or in electronic format, exclusively for the translation.
I never reproduce, modify, publish or disclose the client's content or information without their prior written authorisation.
I do not subcontract. I do the translations and revisions myself.
I do not keep copies of the work done, except, where one is created, the client's translation memory, which I use exclusively for their own projects. I do not print copies. I delete files regularly.
My computer equipment is protected with current technology against viruses, malware and any malicious action.
The computers, files and all components that contain or give access to client documentation are password-protected.
I only use cloud services from recognised providers, which protect information with encryption in transit and in storage. I never share your documents through public links or open services.
I do not use open translation services such as Google Translate. When I use artificial intelligence tools, I do so through services configured so that your content and my translations are not used to train artificial intelligence models. If the client so requests, I do not use artificial intelligence tools on their project.
I do not transfer any data, content or information to third parties, except where required by law.
